Quick(er) Profits With Syndication

I have a really cool free resource for you below. This is a treat for me to share with you. One of the biggest questions that Carlos Vaz and I always get (next to: how do you find deals) is how do you find the money. And what’s crazy is when you’re just starting off, it seems like you’re climbing a mountain just to find equity partners or people to help you make the project happen.

Enter: “Syndication“

Syndication really is the art of making a deal happen even if you don’t have the money to do so. One of the quickest and surest methods to success in real estate, especially “early on” is the ability to “match make” or syndicate. Really, what you’re doing is matching deals with money. Sometimes you get to be a part of that transaction and participate on the upside in a big way, other times you walk away with a heft syndication fee.

Here’s The Free Stuff For You

I got an email last week from a guy named Brad Wozny who has put some really actionable information together and giving it away for free right now. He’s got a 77 page ebook detailing the current real estate crisis and more importantly, how to use syndication to take advantage of it.

I’ve read it and there are some GEMS in there. It doesn’t cost you anything, and you can get it right here.

>>Syndication Secrets<<

I have to make a confession though, on the next page you’re going to see Brad claim that these are “shortcuts to quick cash and wealth”. Anytime someone says that I ALWAYS view it with a healthy does of skepticism. Shortcuts to wealth “sounds” good, but it also runs the risk of being unrealisitc and hypey. But because I’ve seen what Brad actually has on the other side, I feel confident that you’ll be able to put several things he teaches you directly to work.

*Just his handwritten journal alone was really cool to read as he brainstormed the idea. Check it out below and let me know what your opinion:
